
Wassilios G. Meissner, winner of the ARAMISE call for projects “Multisystemic Atrophy” 2024
This call for projects was launched by the ARAMISE association, in conjunction with the Rare Diseases Foundation, with the aim of encouraging and stimulating research into multiple system atrophy. It led to the selection of an innovative project characterized by a high level of scientific rigor.
Wassilios MEISSNER, coordinator of the Multisystem Atrophy Reference Center at Bordeaux University Hospital and Deputy Director of the Institute for Neurodegenerative Diseases (IMN, CNRS UMR 5293), is the winner for his project entitled “Clinical milestones for MSA: from individual prognostication to therapeutic development (MILESTONE-MSA)”.

Professor MEISSNER will receive €98,754 in funding for this project, thanks to funds raised by the ARAMISE association.
