Training at the BIC: 3D analysis software Imaris 10.
The Bordeaux Imaging Center co-organizes with the Infinity imaging facility of Toulouse, from the 2nd to the 4th of May 2023 in Bordeaux, a training to learn how use the 3D analysis software Imaris 10.
The first part of this training will present the handling of microscopy image stacks on this software, the different display modes, as well as the snapshots and movies creation.
The second part will be focuse on the images processing and analysis. The different modules of modeling will be presented, enabling to reconstruct and extract informations from structures, vesicules and filaments.
Each participant will have a license to practice with the last full version of the software.
