Mirelle ter Veer rejoint l’EUR

Mirelle ter Veer hax recently been recruited as a grant officer, thereby completing the Bordeaux Neurocampus Graduate Program team.

Her mission is to help setting up Innovative Training Networks (ITNs, for training and research) and other Marie Curie projects for the Bordeaux Neurocampus community. The idea is to increase the involvement of our community in these type of consortia, which are difficult to obtain but very rewarding. Her aid in setting up submission files and following-up on calls for funding will greatly facilitate the work of the researchers who volunteer to pilot such projects.

Mirelle has a thesis in neuroscience (Nanoscale imaging of synapse morphology in the mouse neocortex in vivo by two-photon STED microscopy, supervised by Valentin Nägerl) and has worked at the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS).

She will soon present her service offer within the different units of the department. Do not hesitate to contact her for any questions.
