Survey on parity and inclusion at Bordeaux Neurocampus

The Neurocampus Committee for Inclusion and Parity (NeuroPIC) wishes to reaffirm his collective commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion within Bordeaux Neurocampus.

As neuroscientist and Nobel laureate Rita Levi-Montalcini once said: “ Differences enrich us; respect unites us.” 

In this spirit, we invite you to participate in a survey on parity and inclusion at Bordeaux Neurocampus. This survey aims to better understand lived experiences across our community, highlight disparities where they exist, and inform concrete actions to promote fairness and inclusion in our research and working environment.

The survey is anonymous, brief (~10 min), and open to all members working in a unit of Neurocampus on January 1st, 2026, regardless of role or career stage. Your perspective, including from men, is essential.
