Team ‘Pathophysiology of declarative memory’ at the Neurocentre Magendie (Inserm U1215)

Profile: contribute to the analysis of hippocampus-amygdala interactions underlying the formation of traumatic memory in an animal model (mouse) of PTSD-like memory.

Required skills: stereotaxic surgery, pharmacology, immunohistochemical approaches. The work is part of an ANR (PTSD-RECONTEXT) starting in January 2026 and will also involve the use of fiber photometry and optogenetics, techniques that can be acquired by the candidate within the team.
