Neurocampus call for proposal – Career development for post-doctoral researchers

OBJECTIVES

Bordeaux Neurocampus launches a call to support career development of post-doctoral researchers. Minimum 10 grants of 1 500 € maximum will be allocated, depending on applicant’s needs.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Post-doctorate in a Bordeaux Neurocampus institute
• Thesis defense before December 31^st 2024
• Eligible expenses:
• Scientific training / Cajal School / Summer school
• Mobility to another laboratory for technical learning or collaboration
• Training in grant writing
• Travel for a professional interview
• Internship compensation (for internships starting after July 1^st 2025 — BTS, engineering, or master’s students)
• Only actions carried out in 2025 are eligible for funding. If the action has already been completed at the time of application, the funding will be transferred as a reimbursement to either the research team or the candidate, depending on the supported action and the type of expense. If the action is scheduled to take place after the application, the amount will be transferred as an advance payment to the research team.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• Curriculum vitae
• Motivation letter
• Detailed budget
• Proof of enrolment in a training program, contact with a foreign laboratory for a collaboration or interview, recruitment of a student for an internship
