Neurobiologie du comportement
Notre équipe a pour vocation d’élucider les mécanismes moléculaires, cellulaires, la communication synaptique, et la dynamique des réseaux, mis en jeu par le substrat neuronal qui sous-tend divers comportements et fonctions cognitives dans les conditions normales et pathologiques. L’accent est mis en particulier sur une analyse multi-niveau des comportements sociaux, combinant des approches génétiques, moléculaires, cellulaires et biochimiques, ainsi que des enregistrements électrophysiologiques in vivo chez des souris se comportant librement ou en situation de « tête restreinte »/ en contention.
