SUMMARY:Expansion Microscopy Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Date : October 2nd\, 2023 \nVenue: Centre Broca Nouvelle-Aquitaine \nRegistration are closed for lunch… but access to talks is free! \n\nExpansion microscopy (ExM) is a relatively new super-resolution method based in the isotropic dilatation of the biological sample in order to overcome the diffraction limit of conventional microscopy. Since its development in 2014\, many laboratories have been implementing and adapting the technique to their needs\, and the biological applications of ExM grow exponentially. \nThe ExM working group from the French fluorescence microscopy network (rtMFM)\, with the support of France BioImaging\, is organizing a workshop on ExM at Bordeaux the 2nd of October 2023. \nDuring the workshop\, different aspects of ExM protocols will be covered with experts in biochemistry and biology\, and examples of biological applications we will presented. \n\nInvited speakers\nMarine Laporte (Institut NeuroMyoGène\, Université Claude Bernard\, Lyon). \nSven Truckenbrodt (E11 Bio\, Alameda\, California\, US). \nMaxence Wisztorski (University of Lille\, Inserm\, CHU Lille\, U1192). \nProgram\nDownload the program (pdf) \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n
