Auriacombe (Sanpsy / Univrsité de Bordeaux\, CHU\, CH Charles Perrens). \nMarc Auriacombe\, professeur d’addictologie et psychiatrie à l’Université de Bordeaux\, à partir d’une lecture attentive des critères diagnostiques du DSM-5 et aux vues des recherches récentes proposera pour se « prémunir des addictions » qu’il n’est pas nécessaire de se priver\, mais au contraire de se soucier d’expérimenter de l’intérêt et du plaisir dans la vie quotidienne. \nPréserver sa santé mentale\,\nPr. Lejoyeux (Hôpital Bichat\, Beaujon) \nMichel Lejoyeux\, professeur de psychiatrie à l’Université de Paris\, a trouvé dans une lecture médicale des Essais de Montaigne des conseils pratiques et utiles pour protéger son humeur et sa santé. Ils expliquent entre autres\, les bienfaits d’une amitié exigeante\, les pouvoirs de l’oubli et de la distraction et la manière de ne pas « aimer et entretenir sa tristesse ». \nEn partenariat avec le centre hospitalier Charles Perrens. \n
