R\u00e9cemment, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de L. Groc a montr\u00e9 que les r\u00e9cepteurs NMDA sont mobiles \u00e0 la surface de la synapse et que cette mobilit\u00e9 contribue \u00e0 la maturation synaptique des neurones hippocampiques.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"image-wrapper frame floatleft\"><a class=\"pirobox\" title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bordeaux-neurocampus.fr\/_contents\/ametys-internal%253Asites\/neurosciences\/ametys-internal%253Acontents\/potier-m-marighetto-a-actualite-2\/_metadata\/content\/_data\/SchemPotier1.jpg\"  rel=\"lightbox[20562] single\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bordeaux-neurocampus.fr\/_contents-images\/ametys-internal%253Asites\/neurosciences\/ametys-internal%253Acontents\/potier-m-marighetto-a-actualite-2\/_metadata\/content\/_data\/SchemPotier1.jpg_312x200\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"312\" \/><\/a><\/span><strong> Toutefois la contribution de la mobilit\u00e9 de surface des r\u00e9cepteurs NMDA<\/strong> \u00e0 la formation de la m\u00e9moire restait \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer. C\u2019est ce que nous avons fait dans ce travail, en combinant des approches d\u2019imagerie cellulaire <em>in vitro,<\/em> d\u2019\u00e9lectrophysiologie <em>in vivo <\/em>et des tests comportementaux \u00e9valuant les diff\u00e9rentes dimensions associatives de la m\u00e9moire d\u00e9clarative. Nous montrons que la mobilit\u00e9 de surface des r\u00e9cepteurs NMDA est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la plasticit\u00e9 des synapses hippocampiques, induite par la stimulation t\u00e9tanique des synapses CA3-CA1 ou par l\u2019infusion intra-hippocampique d\u2019estradiol, qui s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00eatre un puissant modulateur de la distribution de surface des r\u00e9cepteurs NMDA.<\/p>\n<p>Nous montrons aussi que la mobilit\u00e9 de surface contribue \u00e0 la m\u00e9morisation puisqu\u2019elle est requise, en particulier dans le champ CA1 de l\u2019hippocampe, pour le stockage des associations temporelles et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de ce stockage par l\u2019estradiol.
