Partant de l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se que ce m\u00e9canisme cl\u00e9 du remodelage du prot\u00e9ome r\u00e9gule l\u2019apprentissage, les chercheurs \u00e9tudieront la m\u00e9moire de peur contextuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Ils cartographieront d\u2019abord les programmes d\u2019\u00e9pissage alternatif dans les neurones activ\u00e9s, notamment dans l\u2019hippocampe. Puis, ils analyseront son r\u00f4le dans l\u2019activit\u00e9 neuronale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0\u00a0l\u2019imagerie calcique in vivo et \u00e0\u00a0des outils mol\u00e9culaires inhibant l\u2019\u00e9pissage alternatif.
