En effet, par rapport aux animaux t\u00e9moins, les animaux ob\u00e8ses montrent une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de leur sensibilisation \u00e0 l\u2019amph\u00e9tamine avec une augmentation non seulement de leur activit\u00e9 locomotrice en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cet agent mais aussi de l\u2019activation du syst\u00e8me dopaminergique (se traduisant par une augmentation de l\u2019activit\u00e9 des neurones produisant et lib\u00e9rant la dopamine dans le cerveau des animaux ob\u00e8ses).<\/p>\n<p>Si ces m\u00e9canismes s\u2019av\u00e8rent identiques chez l\u2019Homme, ces r\u00e9sultats montreraient qu\u2019une alimentation riche en graisse (pendant l\u2019enfance et l\u2019adolescence), conduisant au surpoids et \u00e0 l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, influence ce syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9compense.
