Baptis\u00e9 ADAD, ce projet ambitionne de d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle classe d\u2019antid\u00e9presseurs \u00e0 effet rapide, plus efficace et mieux tol\u00e9r\u00e9e que les traitements actuels.<\/p>\n<h2>Une innovation au c\u0153ur de la recherche en neurosciences et en chimie mol\u00e9culaire<\/h2>\n<p>Les antid\u00e9presseurs traditionnels, notamment les inhibiteurs s\u00e9lectifs de la recapture de la s\u00e9rotonine (ISRS), pr\u00e9sentent une latence th\u00e9rapeutique de 3 \u00e0 4 semaines avant l\u2019apparition d\u2019un effet clinique. Ce r\u00e9sultat est n\u00e9 de la collaboration entre <strong>Guillaume LUCAS<\/strong>, Charg\u00e9 de Recherche \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>Institut de Neurosciences Cognitives et Int\u00e9gratives d\u2019Aquitaine<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bordeaux-neurocampus.fr\/en\/who-are-we-bordeaux-neurocampus\/our-6-institutes\/institute-incia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">INCIA<\/a> \u2013 Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux, CNRS), sp\u00e9cialiste des m\u00e9canismes neurobiologiques de la d\u00e9pression, et <strong>Jean-Luc POZZO<\/strong>, Professeur des Universit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>Institut des Sciences Mol\u00e9culaires<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ism.u-bordeaux.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ISM<\/a> \u2013 Universit\u00e9 de Bordeaux, CNRS, Bordeaux INP), expert en conception et synth\u00e8se de nouvelles entit\u00e9s chimiques \u00e0 vis\u00e9e th\u00e9rapeutique.<\/p>\n<p>ADAD ouvre la voie \u00e0 des traitements mieux adapt\u00e9s, y compris pour les patients r\u00e9sistants aux antid\u00e9presseurs classiques.
