Ils tentent de comprendre comment ce syst\u00e8me peut induire une r\u00e9ponse d\u00e9fensive en cas de perception d\u2019un danger afin de mieux conna\u00eetre la neurobiologie des comportements adaptatifs.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont alors mis en \u00e9vidence que ces r\u00e9cepteurs \u00e9taient des cibles cl\u00e9s, impliqu\u00e9s dans de nombreux effets des cannabino\u00efdes sur les fonctions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales et le comportement.<\/p>\n<p>Sur cette photo, on peut observer une image sym\u00e9trique et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie du striatum, imag\u00e9 obtenu \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de la microscopie confocale \u00e0 fluorescence. Les r\u00e9cepteurs CB1R sont en rouge et les r\u00e9cepteurs dopaminergiques de type 2 en vert.
