L\u2019acquisition de ces miniscopes permettra <strong>aux 11 \u00e9quipes du Neurocentre Magendie<\/strong> d\u2019\u00e9tudier la fonction et les caract\u00e9ristiques de populations sp\u00e9cifiques de neurones, de tester l\u2019influence de certaines cellules sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 neuronale afin de mieux comprendre la physiopathologie de troubles psychiques comme l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, le syndrome de stress post-traumatique, les addictions, les troubles du spectre autistique ou encore des troubles de la m\u00e9moire li\u00e9s au vieillissement.<\/p>\n<h3>A propos de l&#8217;appel<\/h3>\n<p>Chaque ann\u00e9e depuis 2005, des contremarques de l\u2019avant-premi\u00e8re d\u2019un film sont vendues aux rotariens qui se mobilisent au profit de la recherche. Les fonds r\u00e9colt\u00e9s servent uniquement \u00e0 financer de gros \u00e9quipements de recherche, de la technologie de pointe indispensable aux chercheurs pour \u00e9tudier le cerveau et mieux comprendre ses dysfonctionnements.
