In fact, exploring entire mouse organs with light microscopy is challenging because of the natural opacity of biological tissues. A solution to this problem is to turn these samples transparent by optical clearing. It becomes then possible to explore their full depth with light sheet microscopy.<\/p>\n<p>This workshop for\u00a0<strong>20 participants maximum\u00a0<\/strong>will give an overview of the different optical clearing methods and of their applications. We will demonstrate the benefits of light-sheet microcopy for these big volume samples.
