Trois d&#8217;entre elles reviennent sur des travaux de recherche r\u00e9cents r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 NutriNeuro :<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inrae.fr\/actualites\/carence-vitamine-ladulte-altere-physiologie-du-cerveau\">La carence en vitamine A chez l\u2019adulte alt\u00e8re la physiologie du cerveau<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" data-ci-id=\"hero-intro\">La vitamine A a \u00e9t\u00e9 montr\u00e9e comme particuli\u00e8rement importante pour emp\u00eacher le d\u00e9clin cognitif et mn\u00e9sique. Si l\u2019on conna\u00eet depuis longtemps les cons\u00e9quences de l\u2019alimentation sur notre sant\u00e9 physique, l\u2019impact sur notre cerveau et notre sant\u00e9 mentale l\u2019est moins.
