Il permet de cofinancer des projets de recherche, d\u00e9veloppement et innovation, dont les co\u00fbts totaux se situent entre 1 et 5 millions d\u2019euros, et de contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du d\u00e9veloppement et de la mise sur le march\u00e9 de solutions innovantes, \u00e0 fort contenu technologique. Co-pilot\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de la Transition \u00e9cologique et le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Economie, des Finances et de la Relance et op\u00e9r\u00e9 par Bpifrance en collaboration avec l\u2019ADEME, ce concours mobilise jusqu\u2019\u00e0 80 M\u20ac par an de France 2030 autour de th\u00e9matiques comme la r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique, la transition \u00e9cologique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ou la sant\u00e9.
