As part of the\u00a0implementation of the University of Bordeaux\u2019s Transition Charter<\/strong>, this seminar will address a key issue:\u00a0occupational well-being<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Understanding occupational well-being requires integrating the real experiences and perceptions of employees rather than relying solely on existing models and tools. Innovative and engaging approaches, such as gamification, can play a key role in fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes well-being.<\/p>\n
