Mon laboratoire utilise des approches omiques associ\u00e9es \u00e0 la purification des synapses par FACS, au marquage m\u00e9tabolique, \u00e0 l'imagerie \u00e0 super-r\u00e9solution ainsi qu'\u00e0 la mod\u00e9lisation computationnelle, afin d'\u00e9lucider les changements dans la composition des synapses li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'apprentissage, au vieillissement et aux maladies. Notre objectif est de mieux comprendre les synapses afin de contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement d'approches pr\u00e9ventives et th\u00e9rapeutiques innovantes pour traiter les dysfonctionnements c\u00e9r\u00e9braux.
